Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this prize draw is The Hillbrush Company Ltd, trading as Natural by Hillbrush, of Norwood Park, Mere, Wiltshire, BA12 6FE (“Natural by Hillbrush”).

  2. Eligibility
    The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

  1. Opening and Closing Dates
    The prize draw opens on Thursday 17 September 2026 and closes at 1:00pm BST on Monday 28 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

  1. How to Enter
    To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

  • Like the Natural by Hillbrush giveaway post on Instagram;

  • Follow @natural_by_hillbrush on Instagram; and

  • Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and must continue to meet the entry requirements at the time the winner is selected.

  1. The Prize
    One winner will receive a collection of Natural by Hillbrush products with a total approximate retail value of £200.

The collection includes a selection of Natural by Hillbrush products for the home and body, including:

  • Natural Nail Brush

  • Natural Soaps

  • Two Natural Combs

  • Soft Dish Brush

  • Stiff Dish Brush

  • Pot Brush

  • General Household Soap

  • Long Handled Body Brush

  • Soft Body Brush

  • Laptop Brush

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an individual product with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances outside the Promoter’s control make this necessary.

  1. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date and time, using a verifiably random selection process.

The draw will take place after the competition closes.

  1. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted by the official @natural_by_hillbrush Instagram account via direct message.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the information required for delivery.

If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

Natural by Hillbrush will never ask the winner to make a payment or provide bank or card details in order to claim the prize.

  1. Prize Delivery
    The prize will be delivered to a valid UK address supplied by the winner.

The Promoter will aim to dispatch the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.

The Promoter will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

  1. Winner Information

    By entering, the winner agrees that their first name and county may be used by Natural By Hillbrush for the purpose of announcing the winner.

  1. Personal Data
    Any personal information supplied in connection with this prize draw will be used for the administration of the promotion, including contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.

  1. Instagram
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility or liability in connection with the promotion.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and policies.

  1. Entries
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully submitted or received due to technical faults, network issues or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

  1. Changes or Cancellation
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

Any changes will be made in a way that is fair to existing entrants and in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements.

  1. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights entrants may have under the laws applicable in their part of the United Kingdom.

By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
